Job Description:

WJ Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Procure and manage maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Identify and implement opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Proven track record in managing maintenance teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
