Job Description

Double Em Care Services, a CQC-accredited provider and recruitment care agency, is seeking compassionate and skilled Care Assistants to join our team. We specialize in providing high-quality domiciliary care services and staffing for various healthcare settings, including NHS and Nursing Care Homes.


 Key Responsibilities


 Domiciliary Care

- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes

- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties


 Specialized Care

- Offer palliative care to clients with terminal illnesses

- Provide companionship care to reduce social isolation

- Assist with complex care needs as required


 Live-in Care

- Deliver round-the-clock care for clients requiring continuous support

- Maintain a professional yet compassionate relationship with clients


 NHS Support

- Work in various healthcare settings, including NHS facilities

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care


 Required Skills and Qualifications


- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfers

- Flexibility to work in various care settings (residential, NHS, care homes)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)


 Education and Experience


- Relevant caregiving experience

- Qualifications in health and social care (NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3) preferred

- Training in specialized areas such as palliative care or complex needs (beneficial)


 Working Conditions
